Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days or 3-6 business days depending on your country, address and shipping method. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times



If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


   If you are not at home when your meal delivery arrives, the courier will generally leave the package for you at your door. Please state at the time of purchase if you request that your delivery be left with a doorman or neighbor. Any individual at the delivery address who accepts a delivery from us is presumed to be authorized to receive such delivery. In cases in which you have designated an alternative receiver, such person shall accept the delivery under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Product availability


All products are subject to availability. If a product is not available at the time of purchase, it will be replaced with a product of equal or greater value and/or weight with no extra cost.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Shipment Confirmation email will or will NOT contain (depending on the value of your order) your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


UnboxGreece is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




UnboxGreece is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
